JASMINE TEA



La primera vez que lo probé fue en Londres, en el restaurante La Porte des Indes, después de una intensa, ingeniosa y sorprendente cena.
Son unas bolitas de hojas de té blanco, hechas a mano. Al colocarlas en el agua hirviendo se expanden y se abren en forma de flor. Es fascinante ver el proceso cuando se están abriendo.
Además de su sabor delicado es un buen cierre al final de una cena o un bello acompañante a la hora de la merienda.
