SOPA DE CASTAÑAS



La prepare en Nochebuena como parte de una degustación de nueve platos.

La receta es de Mireille Guilliano, la autora del libro French Women Don't Get Fat.

Ingredientes:
1 libra de castañas ( pude ser de frasco)
2 o 3 tazas de consomé de vegetales o de carne de res
1/2 taza de crema de leche
sal y pimienta
2 cucharadas de crème fraîche
chocolate oscuro, 60% a 70% cacao; para adornar


La hize con castañas de frasco y me tomo menos tiempo. Si son naturales cocinar aproximadamente 50 minutos con dos tazas de consomé, agregar mas si fuera necesario.
Cuando estén suaves  licuarlas, agregando el consomé, incorporar la crema de leche. Calentar de nuevo por unos minutos a fuego lento, agregar sal y pimienta a el gusto.
Servir individual con un toque de la crème fraîche y el chocolate rayado.

Un plato que no pasa desapercibido, y da una apertura emocionante a lo que esta por venir.
