MERMELADAS ST. DALFOUR



Pêches d' Or

Me encanta! Totalmente natural, sin endulzantes, sin colorantes, sin aditivos.
Maravillosa y versátil para tantas recetas desde rellenar un ponque, untada sobre pan tostado, con croissant, hasta convertirla en salsa para pollos. Yo le agregó un poco de mostaza Dijon, jengibre y algunas hierbas como tomillo o eneldo.
La de cerezas negras es perfecta, las cerezas están enteras manteniendo su forma, acompañan y resaltan cualquier postre: un helado, sobre un cheesecake, aun ladito de un plato de quesos o para endulzar un cocktail.
La de Higos, combinación exquisita como appetizer sobre un queso Brie y nueces de macademia o pecans, alternativa dulce en alguna vinagreta para ensaladas.
